Carlos M Florez, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in SAP consulting and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Project Program Manager at Utegration LLC since October 2021, Carlos has previously held senior positions with companies such as SYNLAB International, Brightstar Corp., Inter-American Development Bank, and IBM, where Carlos managed large-scale ERP/SAP implementations and global business transformation initiatives.
