Steve Sheaffer

Steve Sheaffer is the current Chief Customer Officer at Utegration. Prior to this, they were the President at Circular Energy from April 2015 to November 2016. Steve was responsible for leading the company and focusing on raising the value of the company by integrating the two business segments, improving the quality of service through technology, process and talent changes and raising equity for growth. When they departed Circular Energy, it was profitable for the first time in its 5 year history.

Steve Sheaffer's experience also includes being the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Direct Energy from February 2011 to February 2012. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities for Direct Energy's $4B North American Retail Electricity and Natural Gas business.

Steve Sheaffer has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Quantitative Analytics from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, and a high school diploma from Humble High School.

Steve Sheaffer works with Jerry Cavalieri - Managing Director, Regulatory Reporting, Ryan West - General Counsel, and Kai Bi - Managing Director, Center of Excellence & Product Development. Steve Sheaffer reports to Bart Thielbar, President & CEO.
