Hlib Leksikov

Hlib Leksikov's work experience begins in 2006 at Suponix, where they worked as a Web Designer and gained experience in designing corporate portals and websites. Hlib then worked as a Freelance UX/UI Designer, collaborating with various global studios and developing skills in communication, self-organization, and time management.

In 2012, Hlib joined Engine Interactive as a Senior Interactive Designer, focusing on interactive design projects.

From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Wargaming, initially as a Senior UI Designer and later promoted to a Senior Product Designer/Lead Designer. Hlib contributed to the development of online games for PC, console, and mobile platforms.

In 2018, Hlib joined Svitla Systems, Inc. as a Senior UX/UI Designer, where they led the design process from gathering requirements to delivering final products. Hlib also participated in project estimation, interviewing candidates, and presale activities.

In 2021, Hlib took on the role of Head of Design at Orbus Software and Ua Tech People, where they continue to utilize their design expertise.

Hlib Leksikov has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Food Safety, and Environment Protection from the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. In 2013 to 2014, they attended the IKrA institute, where they studied Interactive Communication in Advertising. In 2017 to 2018, they enrolled in the GoIT - start your career in IT program and pursued studies as a Full Stack Developer. In 2018, they attended the Projector Institute and received a Certificate in UX Architecture. Additionally, in June 2021, Hlib Leksikov obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group.
