Eglė Ona Jokubaitė is the Human Resources and Admin Manager at Bored Panda. Eglė has over three years of experience working in HR and has coordinated numerous projects throughout their career.
Eglė began their career as an intern at Social Taxi in October 2015. Eglė then became a Project Coordinator at VšĮ „Socialinis veiksmas“ / NGO Social Action in January 2016. In May 2017, they took on the role of Trainer and Trainings Facilitator at Savanorystė verslui. Eglė worked with non-formal education methods by organizing team building activities for business companies.
In June 2018, Eglė became the HR coordinator at Synergium Sweden AB. In this role, they searched, hired and maintained the online working process with freelance linguists. Eglė also recruited in-house employees, analyzed and provided feedback about work performance, and maintained the documentation needed for recruitment. Additionally, Eglė led various internal communication projects (newsletters, company letters and initiatives), organized and led company events, and worked on employees motivation projects.
Eglė has been with Bored Panda since July 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration.
Eglė Ona Jokubaitė has a certificate in Applied Organizational Psychology Module from ISM University of Management and Economics, a certificate in Personnel Management Standard from PVPA, a Master's degree in Social Work from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University.
