Lawrence Mitchell

Lawrence Mitchell has a strong background in engineering, with a focus on electronic design. Lawrence began their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Officer at Lloyds TSB, before transitioning into engineering roles. From 2006 to 2009, Lawrence worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at CXR Ltd. Lawrence then joined Rapiscan Systems as an Electronics Engineer from 2009 to 2016. Lawrence's next position was at Extel Technologies, where they served as a Design Engineer from 2016 to 2020, and later as a Lead Electronics Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Lawrence then moved to Flight Data Systems as a Senior Design Engineer from 2020 to 2021. Lawrence's most recent role was at Sentient Vision Systems, where they worked as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Engineer at UAM Tec, starting in 2023.

Lawrence Mitchell began their education journey in 2003 at the University of Central Lancashire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic Engineering. Lawrence completed this program in 2006. After a few years, in 2013, Lawrence decided to further their education and enrolled in The Manchester Metropolitan University. Lawrence pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and successfully completed the program in 2015.
