Prior to this, leadership roles included Director and Founder at Your Development Team, where custom software applications were designed, and Director at Australias Computer Techs, overseeing various IT sectors. Additionally, Shawn served as a Sergeant in the US Army from April 1997 to June 2004, contributing to critical operations as a combat veteran in the Kosovo Conflict and Iraq War.
