Judy joined United Administrative Services (UAS) in 1989 and 30 years later became the sole owner and CEO of UAS and Stephen Chelbay Company. She fulfilled a lifelong dream of leading a company that supports the well-being of its clients while connecting with a personal touch. Her extensive background in Retirement Plans and Health & Welfare Benefit Plan administration gives her the experience and vision to transform a business established 60+ years ago into a leading provider of benefits and services for the 21st Century.
