Ayeesha Lane

Ayeesha Lane has extensive experience in equity, culture, and operations management. At uAspire, Ayeesha has held several leadership roles since September 2017, including Chief People and Operations Officer, Chief People and Equity Officer, Vice President of Equity and Culture, Senior Director, and Executive Assistant. In addition, Ayeesha serves as an Independent Business Owner at Alane Consulting since January 2017. Previously, from July 2004 to March 2016, Ayeesha was the Program Director of The Inclusion Initiative, a Consultant, and the Fiscal Sponsorship Liaison at Third Sector New England.
