Jacob Donohue

Jacob Donohue currently serves as the Head of Fraud at ubank, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob accumulated extensive experience at NAB from April 2017 to December 2023, progressing through various positions including Manager of Fraud Assist Services and Fraud Case Management, Lead of Fraud Assist Services, and Team Leader roles in both Fraud Assist Day and Direct Consumer Servicing. Jacob began the professional journey as a Service Advisor in Direct Consumer. Jacob completed a VCE degree at St. Francis Xavier College from 2008 to 2013.
