Josh Lowery serves as an Advising Project Assistant at the UBC School of Kinesiology since January 2023 and concurrently holds the position of Research Assistant at The Fewster Spine Lab, where a manuscript titled "Quantifying Stiffness Changes Following Passive Tissue Creep: The Predictive Role of Initial Stiffness" is awaiting submission. In addition, Josh is providing administrative support at The UBC Baseball Centre until August 2024 and has previously presented at the SBME Synergy Research Symposium. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at The FHIS Sociolinguistics Lab, focusing on language variations among youth in Metro Vancouver, and sales associate positions at gravitypope and Atmosphere. Josh is pursuing a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a concentration in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences at The University of British Columbia, alongside participation in a global seminar at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Education culminated with a high school diploma from Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary School in 2021.
