Dr. Alexandra Thoenes, MD, is a seasoned Safety Physician at UBC since May 2014, with prior experience at Eli Lilly and Company from December 2009 to April 2014, where roles included Medical Advisor for Diabetes and Clinical Research Physician in Neuroscience. Earlier professional experience includes work as a general practitioner at Body & Soul in Shanghai from January 2007 to July 2009.
