Kaitlyn Stadiem

Kaitlyn Stadiem (Ahmed) is an accomplished finance executive with a robust background in business finance, having held key leadership positions at various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at UBC since August 2023, Kaitlyn previously held the role of Vice President of Business Finance at Syneos Health from December 2021 to July 2023. During their tenure at Syneos Health, which began in June 2012, Kaitlyn progressed through various roles, including CFO of Synteract, where Kaitlyn oversaw significant financial management initiatives and led critical remediations and mergers. Kaitlyn's earlier experience includes strategic financial roles at Capitol Broadband LLC, focusing on revenue assurance and process optimization. Kaitlyn holds a degree in Business Administration with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Accounting from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
