Randy Penny

Randy Penny has worked in the manufacturing and logistics industry since 2006. Randy began their career at Trimble Navigation as the Worldwide Director of Operations. In 2014, they moved to Amazon as the Transportation and Logistics Manager. In 2015, they joined Konecranes as the Director of Sales Support for Regions America. In 2017, they moved to Xylem Inc. as the North American Inventory, Logistics and Fleet Manager. Randy'scurrent role is Sr. Director Manufacturing and Logistics at UBCO - Electric Adventure Vehicles, a position they have held since 2022.

Randy Penny obtained a BA in Business Management from Antioch College between 1988 and 1991. Prior to that, they obtained an AS in Mechanical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute between 1981 and 1983. Randy also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
