Justinas Pagirys

Justinas Pagirys has a wealth of experience in business development and international sales. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles in multiple companies. In 2010, they were a Lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics and a Senior Investment Advisor at Invest Lithuania. At Invest Lithuania, they were responsible for initiating and facilitating foreign investment projects, as well as developing business cases and linking with local supplier networks. In 2016, they were Country Manager for Sweden at Enterprise Lithuania. From 2015 to 2019, they were Co-Founder and CEO of neematic and Commercial Director, EMEA at UBCO - Electric Adventure Vehicles, where they were responsible for leading European operations and sales, setting up a European Head Office and Distribution Hub in Denmark, and expanding with a retail network, partnerships, and DTC.

Justinas Pagirys has an education history that includes a Masters in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (2008-2010) and a Bachelor in Political Science from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University (2004-2008). Justinas also has several certifications, including Sales and Sales Management from Mercuri International (April 2016), Adaptive Leadership Master Class from Kansas Leadership Center (October 2015), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Renault-Nissan Consulting (March 2015), and International Best Practice Methodologies and Techniques to Attract FDI from Communiqué International (September 2014).
