Sophie Calder

Sophie Calder has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2021, they began their role as Director of People Experience at UBCO - Utility Electric Vehicles, where they are responsible for the development of the company culture and supporting the executive team. Prior to that, in 2020, they were the People & Capabilities Project Lead at Skyline Enterprises, where they were responsible for the design, development, and implementation of people-related projects and initiatives across national and international sites. In 2018, they began their career as an HR & Recruitment Advisor at Skyline Queenstown.

Sophie Calder completed a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Otago between 2005 and 2007. Sophie then went on to receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Meteorology from Victoria University of Wellington between 2008 and 2010.
