Caitie Barber-Owona

Caitie Barber-Owona currently serves as a Principal Technical Sourcer at Uber, where leadership in sourcing for senior engineering roles drives innovation and supports diversity in talent acquisition. Previously, as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Uber, Caitie acted as the Talent Acquisition Point of Contact for the Women of Delivery Employee Resource Group, leading initiatives that enhanced female engineer recruitment and earning recognition as one of North America's Top 25 Sourcers in 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an AI and Machine Learning Recruitment Specialist at ConSol Partners, Client Relationship Manager at Hydrogen Group, and Technical Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures, where expertise in sourcing top technical talent was demonstrated. Caitie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University, obtained in 2016.
