Dianna R. Jones

Dianna R. Jones serves as Legal Director for Commercial & Emerging Risks at Uber, where responsibilities include directing legal compliance and trade compliance efforts, in addition to co-chairing the Black at Uber initiative. Jones is a board member at Miracle Messages, a nonprofit focusing on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, and is actively involved with the National Association of Corporate Directors and Black Women On Boards. As a Non-Executive Director at Next 15, Jones chairs the ESG Committee and participates in both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Previous experience includes various legal positions at Wood and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Jones holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BBA in International Business from the University of Oklahoma.
