Kousik Chowdhury

Kousik Chowdhury is a Senior Software Engineer at Uber since November 2020, focusing on enhancing the rider and driver experience for Hailables products, including taxis, auto, and moto services. Previously, Kousik served as a Software Engineer II at Uber, where Kousik contributed to establishing the first taxi experience on the platform and onboarded multiple third-party partners globally. Prior to that, Kousik worked at Swiggy as a Software Engineer II, developing a new search experience for the consumer app and introducing autosuggest features. Kousik's career began at Hubler, where Kousik held positions as Lead Software Engineer and Full Stack Engineer, overseeing the design and development of iOS applications. Kousik holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
