Mai Clodette Castro

Mai Clodette Castro has extensive experience in team leadership and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead for US&C Safety Investigations at Uber since July 2016. In this role, Mai oversees performance readouts, coaches and mentors team members, and manages high-performing teams within demanding environments.
