Nobuaki Shinano

Nobuaki Shinano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Sales for UberEats in Japan since June 2021, Nobuaki leads a team of over 200 sales professionals, empowering more than 100,000 active restaurant partners. Prior to this role, Nobuaki was involved in strategic transformation at SmartNews, Inc. as part of the CEO Office, and served as Vice President at ADK, focusing on team culture and digital media. In earlier positions, Nobuaki managed significant sales growth at Google, specializing in retail, and held analytical roles at UBS Investment Bank and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Nobuaki holds a Bachelor's degree in Policy Management from Keio University.
