Pia Jensen

Pia Jensen is an experienced operations manager specializing in marketplace health, currently serving as EMEA Senior Regional Operations Manager at Uber since May 2021. In this role, Pia is responsible for maintaining and improving processes that ensure a reliable delivery experience for UberEats, with a focus on minimizing fraud and enhancing efficiency. Prior to Uber, Pia held the position of Business Development Consultant at VILLAFRANCE, overseeing the DACH market and the Netherlands, where strategic planning and marketing activities were emphasized.
