Uday Kiran Medisetty

Uday Kiran Medisetty is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and system architecture. Uday served as a Distinguished Engineer at Uber from March 2018 to March 2022, focusing on innovative Mobility Marketplace pricing and Generative AI initiatives to enhance engineering productivity. Prior to this role, Uday contributed as a Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer, leading critical platforms and driving real-time coordination within the marketplace. Uday's career began at VMware, where as a Staff Engineer, Uday led the development of a next generation API infrastructure. Uday also gained early experience in research roles at Georgia Institute of Technology and Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Uday holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
