Director, Customer Success Corporate EMEA at Uberall

Dimitrios Zemperligkos has a history of working in customer success and sales roles. Dimitrios started their career at Laureate Online Education in 2011 as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for acquiring and retaining customers and consistently exceeding sales targets. In 2016, they joined Navads as a Partner Success Manager, focusing on onboarding and adopting enterprise companies and leading brands. Dimitrios then became the Head of Customer Success at Navads in 2017, where they managed a team and designed the onboarding process for enterprise and partner customers. In 2018, Uberall acquired Navads, and Dimitrios transitioned to the role of Head of Customer Success Corporate at Uberall, ensuring customer success and building long-term partnerships. In 2022, they took on the role of Director of Customer Success Corporate EMEA at Uberall.

Dimitrios Zemperligkos holds a Master's Degree in Business Studies / Faculty of Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam, which was obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business, completing it from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a certification for the Micromasters in Supply Chain Technology and Systems from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITx) on edX.
