Iván Grimaldi

Iván Grimaldi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Iván is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Ubermetrics Technologies GmbH since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Natural Tech House from September 2018 to January 2022, where they successfully built a team of 30 and led the company's operations, recruitment process, customer engagement, and budgeting for various projects.

Iván also has experience as a Lecturer in Agile Methodologies at Escuela de Negocios UCA from April 2021 to December 2021, where they collaborated with a team of 5 teachers to develop a postgraduate course. Iván taught various methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking, among others.

Before that, Iván worked as the Head of Digital Channels - Web & Mobile at Swiss Medical Group from October 2016 to September 2018. Iván led a team of 30 people and was responsible for building web and mobile apps for one of the largest health insurance companies in Argentina.

Prior to that, Iván served as an Account Manager at Enerminds from June 2015 to September 2016, where they managed the implementation and deployment of key accounts in the utilities and telecommunications industries. Iván also coached a development team on Agile methodologies and built KPIs for clients.

Earlier in their career, Iván held several roles at Velocity Partners from June 2011 to June 2015, including Solutions Manager, Program Manager, Senior Team Lead, and Technical Scrum Master. Iván provided project management and Agile process support, led teams in the development of various products, and managed staff in delivering sprint goals.

Before joining Velocity Partners, Iván worked as a Project Leader at PSA Peugeot Citroen from June 2010 to June 2011, where they led a team in developing an application for the logistic section in Poissy, France. Iván also implemented visual management methodologies.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Project Leader at IBM Argentina SA from September 2004 to June 2010, where they led teams in developing retail point of sale systems and acted as a focal point for hardware and software configuration. Iván also worked as a Self-employed individual from March 2002 to September 2004.

In 2013, Iván Grimaldi enrolled at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella to further their education. Iván pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Iván completed this program in 2014.
