Andrew Cole has a significant work experience in the field of human resources. Andrew is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Ubiquiti Inc. since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago from March 2015 to May 2019. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the HR function, reducing benefits costs by 15% and increasing participation by 10% in addition to enhancing coverage. Andrew Cole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from DePauw University.
