Andrew Cole

Andrew Cole has a significant work experience in the field of human resources. Andrew is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Ubiquiti Inc. since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago from March 2015 to May 2019. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the HR function, reducing benefits costs by 15% and increasing participation by 10% in addition to enhancing coverage. Andrew also achieved a 200% increase in 401(k) participation.

Before joining Revolution Brewing, Andrew worked as an Account Manager for Small Groups at Prairie Benefits Network, LLC from November 2013 to March 2015. Andrew'sresponsibilities included providing client support, running quotes for prospects and clients, and training clients on self-service tools.

In the past, Andrew held the role of Operations Manager, HR, Special Projects, and Payroll at the Democratic National Committee from January 2010 to November 2013. Here, they developed strong relationships with key government and legislative leaders, managed a budget of over $30 million, and decreased communications costs by $250,000 annually.

Andrew's career also includes being a Senior HR Manager at Obama for America from September 2007 to December 2009. During their time there, they oversaw a $45 million annual payroll, managed $15 million in health benefits for 3,500 employees, and implemented procedures for employee redeployment.

Andrew Cole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from DePauw University. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications such as OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health from the OSHA Training Institute Education Centers in May 2017, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2015, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
