Kamalika Banerjee

Kamalika Banerjee has extensive work experience in accounting and auditing roles. Kamalika is currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, and SOX Compliance at Ubiquiti Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at CFGI, where they focused on accounting advisory. Kamalika also served as a Senior Manager Audit and Advisory at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants. Kamalika has a long history with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they held various positions including Director and Senior Manager. Kamalika'sresponsibilities included auditing technology, information, communication, and entertainment companies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing IPOs. Kamalika also worked closely with controllers and internal auditors to evaluate and improve internal controls.

Kamalika Banerjee has a diverse education background in accounting and finance. Kamalika obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Commerce and Accounting from Calcutta University, Kolkata. Following this, they pursued Chartered Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they completed a Cost Accountant program at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, specializing in Costing and Management accounting. Furthermore, they are certified as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) by the Certified Public Accountants of America.
