Alexandra Caldas

Support Process, Content & Project Management at Ubiquiti

Alexandra Caldas has extensive work experience in content and project management roles. Alexandra started their career at IBM in 2013, where they initially served as an Account Knowledge Manager System (AKMS) Administrator from September 2013 to January 2014. Alexandra then transitioned to the role of Account Knowledge Management System - Deployment Manager, which they held from January 2014 to December 2015.

In 2015, Alexandra joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Content Manager. Alexandra'sresponsibilities involved managing and creating content for the company's Help Center Knowledge Base. From April 2017, they held the position of Process & Content Manager, where they focused on creating and managing process documentation in addition to their content management role. In August 2019, they continued in this role, with an added responsibility of managing community-sourced software localization projects.

In July 2020, Alexandra took on a new position at Ubiquiti Inc. as a Support Process, Content & Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for configuring and managing support tools, improving customer experiences, providing reporting for product development, and handling community-sourced software localization projects.

Alexandra Caldas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in November 2015, and the Six Sigma Yellow Belt from MoreSteam.com LLC in September 2015.
