Didzis Gruznovs has a diverse work experience in web design and development. Didzis began their career as a Seller at Seppala in 2010. In 2011, they co-founded ANETO and worked as a Web Designer and Developer. Didzis also started their own microenterprise as a Web Designer and Developer during that time. In 2012, they worked at SIA "Vides, bioenerģētikas un biotehnoloģijas kompetences centrs" as an Engineer. Didzis joined Grandem in 2011 as a Web Designer and Developer, and their role lasted till 2014. In 2012, they started working at Digital Score as a Web Designer and Front-End Developer, and later joined FROONT as a Web Designer and Front-End Developer in 2014. Didzis continued working at Digital Score as a Board Member, Web Designer, and Front-End Developer until 2016. Currently, they are a Web, Graphic Designer, CGI/VFX at Ubiquiti Networks, a technology company based in San Jose, California.

Didzis Gruznovs has a diverse education history in the field of information technology. Didzis first attended Andreja Upīša secondary school from 1996 to 2008. After completing their secondary education, Didzis enrolled in Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Computer Control and Computer Systems, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.

Subsequently, in 2011, Didzis attended WEB Technology School, where they studied Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster programs for a year. In 2012, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Université de Technologie de Troyes for a year, focusing on Information Technology.

In the same year, Didzis also pursued a Professional Master's Degree in Information Technology and Qualification of Project at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, which they completed in 2015. This further strengthened their expertise in the field.

Additionally, Didzis has obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google Partners, although the specific date of acquisition is not provided.
