Jason Lee

Jason Lee has a diverse work experience in project management and engineering roles. Jason started their career at Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. as a Project Intern in 2013. In 2014, they co-founded Nsysu Hoodie. Later, they joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Factory Project Manager in 2021, where they successfully established the company's first NPI factory. Before that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at Garmin as a Manufacturing Project Manager, overseeing the milestones and production of various product series. Prior to that, they worked at a company called "Bccom" as a Product Engineer and Supervisor, where they led teams and contributed to process improvements and production planning for iPhone models. Jason also served as a Technical Supervisor during the pilot run and mass production stages. Overall, Jason Lee has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in managing projects, improving processes, and ensuring production quality.

Jason Lee completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they pursued higher education and attained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from the same university between 2012 and 2014.
