Nia Hsieh has work experience as a Recruiter at Ubiquiti Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PERSOLKELLY Taiwan from September 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at 雲林縣斗南鎮農會 from August 2018 to September 2020 and at 維力食品工業股份有限公司 from October 2015 to August 2018.

Nia Hsieh received their Bachelor's degree in Food Science from National Chiayi University between the years 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at a private school called 私立瑯明女中(高中部) from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a general science field of study.
