Reinis Riekstins

Reinis Riekstins started their work experience in 2016 as a Software Developer at Latvijas dzelzceļš. During this time, they contributed to the testing of a web application and wrote automated regression tests. Reinis also participated in the development of an end-to-end testing framework.

In 2017, Reinis joined Animus Project, where they initially worked as a Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for frontend, backend, and mobile development of real-time IoT software. Reinis successfully delivered projects that led to the client receiving multiple large orders and achieving ISO certifications. Additionally, Reinis was involved in various other projects, including the development of custom worktime tracking software, dashboards with data visualization, and an API for calculating parking prices. Reinis also played a key role in improving user experience, software architecture, coding practices, and team collaboration.

Since December 2020, Reinis has been working as a Software Engineer at Ubiquiti Inc. Details about their role at the company are not provided.

Reinis Riekstins pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2016 at Latvijas Universitate.
