Stacy Soberalski

Stacy Soberalski is VP of People and Culture, and head of the people function. Most recently, she was Founder and CEO of Agility HR Solutions, an international boutique HR Consultancy. She has worked extensively with technology start-ups as well as companies in a broad cross-section of industries including media, biotech, edtech, private equity, financial services, entertainment, hospitality, food and beverage, real estate, and consultancies. Prior, she spent her career within high profile, global organizations such as Google (US and EMEA based), MTV Networks, Tribune Company and Omnicom Media Group. Her background consists of proven experience in the areas of: Change and organizational management, human capital strategy and implementation, employee development, talent acquisition, outsourcing, immigration and employment law, ED&I, coaching, training, and mergers and acquisitions.

Stacy holds a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago Jane Addams College of Social Work.
