Ray Iglesias

Ray Iglesias is the current Chairman at Ubiquity Global Services. Prior to this, they were with Google as Business Development of Payments from January 2012 to December 2013. From 2007 to 2012, Ray was with TxVia as EVP, Services and Administration & CFO. Here, they pioneered the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) delivery model for processing complex forms of emerging payments and financial services. TxVia was funded more than $55m by top-tier financial technology investors and was acquired by Google in April 2012. Prior to TxVia, Ray was CFO at TSYS Prepaid from January 2004 to December 2005 and also at Prepaid Media from January 2005 to December 2011. Ray was also the Founder & EVP, Corporate Strategy and Planning at Clarity Payment Solutions, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Ray started their career as an Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from 1998 to 2000.
