Ricca Z.

Ricca Z. has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and training. Ricca began their career as a Line Trainer at Hinduja Global Solutions in 2011. Ricca then joined Transcom in 2012, where they worked as a QA Supervisor and Language and Product Trainer. Ricca moved on to STARTEK in 2015, taking on the role of Training & Quality Supervisor. In 2018, they joined WNS Global Services as a Group Manager-Quality, overseeing a team of 33 Quality Specialists and 3 Quality Supervisors. Most recently, Ricca Z. has been working at Ubiquity, starting as a Quality Assurance Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Quality Assurance Manager. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance.

Ricca Z. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising from Central Philippine University.
