Romeo Reyes

Romeo Reyes has a diverse work experience in various industries, starting with their role as an International Sales Consultant at Dell from November 2005 to February 2007. Romeo then moved on to Servicios Generales de Ajustes, where they worked as an Analyst of Insurance from June 2007 to August 2010.

In 2010, Romeo joined TELUS International, starting as a Team Leader and eventually progressing to Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Account General Manager. During this time, they focused on managing teams, achieving revenue targets, and fostering employee engagement in customer service, back office, and financial programs.

Since 2019, Romeo has been working at Ubiquity, where they initially served as the Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, Latin America, overseeing the company's operations in El Salvador and Colombia. Romeo'sresponsibilities include fostering a culture of engagement across the organization and ensuring the delivery of world-class customer experience.

Romeo Reyes attended ESI School of Management from 2010 to 2014 and ESEN from 2003 to 2005.
