Kaci Newman, SHRM-SCP

Kaci Newman, SHRM-SCP has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University, College of Education, where they prepared lesson plans and material for college courses, and functioned as sole instructor and grader for class sizes of 25 or more. In 2010, they worked as an Employment Services Specialist at Goodwill Columbus, and as a Graduate Administrative Associate at The Ohio State University. In 2011, they completed an internship as a Human Resources Intern, Organization Effectiveness at ExxonMobil. In 2012, they worked as a Specialist, Talent Management at Cardinal Health, and as an HR Account Manager and HR Analyst- US HR Policy, Benefits and Services at Shell. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Realtor at RE/MAX. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, they have worked as an HR Consultant (Contract) at MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL SERVICES, LLC, and currently works as a Human Resources Manager at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings.

Kaci Newman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Ethnic from the University of California, Riverside, obtained in 2008. Kaci then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport Humanities from The Ohio State University in 2010. In 2012, they earned their Master of Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a focus in Human Resources and Business. In May 2022, Kaci obtained their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
