Brad Richardson

Brad Richardson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brad is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Ubiquity since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President/Business Development at Carenet Health from December 2021 to June 2023. Brad also served as the Global Vice President/Business Development at Sitel Group from September 2021 to January 2022. Brad was an Advisory Committee Member at Walkabout Workplace from August 2018 to January 2022. From January 2019 to September 2021, they held the position of Global Vice President, Sales & Customer Success Leader at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. Before that, Brad was the Co-founder/CMO of Walkabout Collaborative & Walkabout Workplace from January 2015 to January 2018. Brad also worked as the Vice President, Sales & Client Management at Sykes from November 2001 to January 2014. Brad gained experience as the Vice President of Sales at vCustomer from January 2000 to November 2001. Brad started their career as the Strategic Alliance Director at Sykes from April 1995 to January 2000 and also served as the Eastern Regional Manager - ID Services from July 1995 to April 1997. Brad's professional journey began as a Senior Director Client Services at CBRE from March 1992 to July 1995.

Brad Richardson has studied English/Child Psychology at Lake Forest College. Brad has also obtained a Certificate in Vested Outsourcing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Furthermore, they have pursued a Certificate in Strategic Account Management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
