Loralie Felin, CHRP®, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Ubiquity since April 2024, following an extensive career at Concentrix from April 2013 to May 2024, where roles included Director of Talent Acquisition, Associate Director - Talent Acquisition, Associate Director of Operations, Delivery Project Executive (Deputy General Manager), Senior Delivery Manager, and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a Deputy Manager - Operations position at IBM Global Process Services from March 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities encompassed business operations and strategy implementation, and an Assistant Manager - Sales role, overseeing a team and client relationships. Loralie commenced the career at ePLDT Ventus, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Team Lead between December 2004 and March 2010.
