Niven John Llenos is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large teams and managing various aspects of client relations, project management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Ubiquity since May 2017, Niven leads a program responsible for 600 full-time employees across multiple Philippine geo-locations, focusing on client management, invoicing, staffing, P&L, quality, training, workforce, and compliance delivery. Niven's prior roles at Ubiquity included Operations Manager and Associate Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations and project management for banking operations. Before Ubiquity, Niven worked at Panasiatic Solutions, excelling as a Senior Operations Supervisor and Quality Assurance Analyst. Niven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from La Consolacion College - Bacolod and a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from ABE International Business College.
