Onder Ondemir

Onder Ondemir has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Onder is currently the President at Ubiros Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for several years, holding positions such as VP, Senior Director II, Capacity Planning and Forecasting, AVP, Senior Director, Bodily Injury Analytics, Director II of CAT Analytics, and Director of CAT Analytics. Before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, Onder worked as the Manager of Special Projects. Onder also has experience in the education sector, working as a Computer Labs Assistant Administrator at Northeastern University. Additionally, Onder has worked as a Director, Acting Coach, and Actor at Yildiz Technical University Actors Theatre Ensemble (YUO). Onder also served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Yildiz Technical University. Onder gained internship experience at Mercedes-Benz Turk, Iktisat Investments and Securities, and Jumbo Utensils.

Onder Ondemir obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi in 2002. Onder then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution from 2002 to 2004. Onder continued their education at Northeastern University and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Onder also holds a certification as a Quality Improvement Associate from the American Society of Quality.
