Richard Knight has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Richard is currently an Associate Game Director at Ubisoft Singapore, where they are involved in various projects such as ASSASSIN'S CREED and SKULL & BONES. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate UX Director and Lead Designer, UX at the same company. Before joining Ubisoft, Richard worked at Eidos-Montreal as a Lead Game Designer, primarily working on the DEUS EX franchise. Richard also gained experience as a Senior Game Designer at Square Enix Montreal, THQ, and Funcom Montreal. Richard's earlier career includes roles as a Lead Game Designer at Ubisoft Vancouver, Backbone Entertainment, High Voltage Software, and Orbital Media. Richard started their career as a 3D Modeller, Writer, and Designer at Pixelplay.
Richard Knight obtained a Maya Certification in Alias Maya Modelling/Animation from Applied Multimedia Training Centres in 1999.
