Ellie Sarmadi

Ellie Sarmadi has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Ellie began their career in 2003 as a Corporate Finance/Investment Management Analyst at Macerich. In 2004, they moved to Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Strategy Consultant. In 2007, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Fixed Income Sales/Research Associate in the Capital Markets division and as a Real Estate Investment Banking/Investment Management Associate. In 2012, they became a Managing Director at Zagros Capital Partners. In 2013, they joined Wynsun Capital Management as a Director. In 2014, they became an Angel Investor and RE Investments at Zagros Management Company, as well as an Advisor at Physiclo. Most recently, in 2021, they founded UBQFIT.

Ellie Sarmadi obtained their MBA in Finance, General from Columbia Business School in 2006-2008. Ellie also holds a degree in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Simon Fraser University.
