Bill Prins

Bill Prins is currently the Director & Counsel at UBS Investment Bank, specializing in Lending and High Yield. They have previously held positions as an Associate at White & Case LLP and Lowenstein Sandler LLP, and worked as a Secondee in the Legal Department at Morgan Stanley. Bill's legal experience also includes a summer associate role at Dow Jones and extensive education, holding a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Bates College, where they graduated magna cum laude.
