Dan MacCarthy

Dan MacCarthy is an experienced executive with over 24 years at UBS, currently serving as Executive Director and Investment Bank Operations Head for Japan and APAC Regional Small Offices, where leadership includes managing a local operations team and overseeing multiple office locations. Previous roles at UBS encompass leadership positions in regional securities, collateral, and derivatives, with a focus on settlement operations for both Investment Banking and Wealth Management across major Asia Pacific markets. Dan also held director positions managing relationships with offshore vendors and has extensive experience in securities settlements, demonstrated during earlier tenures at Citi and Hill Samuel Asset Management. Dan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Reading.
