Duane Hughes

Duane Hughes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chair of the Americas Advisory Council at UBS, Hughes has also held significant positions as Managing Director at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included Senior Finance and Business Manager for the Latin America Private Bank. Additionally, Hughes has served as Managing Director and Head of Governance and Policies and Procedures at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and as Chief Operating Officer for International Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Master of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Latin America from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
