Maura Gallagher-Vaughn

Maura Gallagher-Vaughn serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at UBS, holding the title of Managing Director. Previously, Maura worked at Bank of America as a Senior Vice President, leading the Diversity and Inclusion Council and serving as a Business Support Executive for Global Corporate Services. Additional roles at Bank of America included Senior Vice President positions focused on Business Control Management and Diversity and Inclusion Client Relationships. Prior to that, Maura held various leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, including Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policies and Programs for Global Wealth Management, as well as roles in corporate marketing and market analysis. Maura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Stony Brook University and furthered education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
