Raees Kajee

Raees Kajee is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at UBS since September 2019. Previously, Raees held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at J.P. Morgan and MBD Credit Solution, where responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle, advising on HR policies, and implementing succession and training plans. Prior experience as a Human Resources Business Manager at LabourNet involved employment equity, skill development, and performance management. Raees holds a Bachelor of Business Science with Honors in Human Resource Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
