Rebecca Egger-Alley

Rebecca Egger-Alley is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Neuroinclusion Hub and the Associate Director at UBS, where also holds the position of Co-Chair for the Ability Network's Neurodiversity Americas Sub-Stream. With significant experience in leadership roles, Rebecca chairs the Autistic Adults Sub-Committee at the Autism Society of North Carolina and is a Steering Committee Member for LiNC-IT. Prior to current roles, Rebecca was the Global PMO Training Centre Lead at Credit Suisse, achieving rapid advancement while overseeing the performance and development of over 100 PMO team members across multiple countries. Rebecca's expertise includes implementing innovative solutions for project management and advocating for neurodiversity in the workplace. The professional background is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from the University of South Carolina.
