Santiago Bänziger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and analytics within leading financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Marketing Automation and Head of Analytics & Conversion Optimization at UBS since October 2022, Santiago previously held multiple senior roles at Credit Suisse from May 2008 to September 2022, including Head Ecosystem and Digital Solutions Manager. Santiago has successfully led cross-functional project teams to design and optimize data-driven, GDPR-compliant marketing campaigns, contributed to the digital marketing strategy for diverse client segments, and developed Credit Suisse’s MarTech ecosystem. Prior to Credit Suisse, Santiago gained expertise in trade management and derivatives at Chronoflex Schweiz AG, and in sales and technical support at Sulzer. Santiago holds a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation and multiple certifications in marketing analytics and digital strategy from ZHAW School of Management and Law, alongside a Bachelor's degree in General Management from the European Business School.
