Werner Schlossmacher

Werner Schlossmacher is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in digitalization and wealth management. Currently serving as the Head Operating Office Digitalization at UBS since January 2024, Werner is responsible for Front to Back initiatives for Global Wealth Management and oversees the digitalization team's operational effectiveness. Prior roles at Credit Suisse included Global Head of Digital Front Office and Client Interaction Platform, where strategies for Wealth Management digital capabilities were developed, along with leadership positions managing Private Banking Platforms across APAC. Additional experience encompasses roles at Privé Technologies as a board member and Barclays Capital as a director, with a foundational career at Credit Suisse across various positions in Asia and Europe. Werner holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is a CFA charterholder, and has a degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich.
